Data we process

When you submit a quote or contact request, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, destination country and product or sourcing details.

When the website is accessed, technical data may be processed in server logs, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, referrer and browser or device information.

Career applications

When you submit a career application, we process the contact details, experience information, short introduction, CV and optional professional-profile link that you provide. This information is used only to assess the application, communicate with you and plan current or reasonably foreseeable staffing needs.

Please do not upload identity documents, health records, financial information or other sensitive documents that are not required for the application. Unsuccessful application records are normally reviewed for deletion within six months after the relevant recruitment process unless you separately agree to longer consideration or a legal duty requires retention.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical and usage data are not intended for unrelated advertising profiling. Any future analytics will be used to understand and improve the website experience and will be introduced with the consent controls required by applicable law.

• Answering enquiries and preparing or performing business relationships: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Accounting, commercial and other legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Website delivery, security, error analysis and proportionate service improvement: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Optional analytics or non-essential cookies, where introduced: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR based on prior consent.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be available to hosting, IT, email and form-service providers acting for Weltnexx, as well as professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. Transfers outside the EEA or Türkiye will take place only where a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable statutory retention duties. Enquiry data is normally reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last business contact unless a contract, dispute or legal duty requires longer storage. Operational server logs under our control are generally retained for no more than 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing and may withdraw consent for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. Requests can be sent to info@weltnexx.com.

Türkiye / KVKK information

For data subjects covered by Türkiye's Law No. 6698, Weltnexx provides this notice under Articles 10 and 11. Data is collected electronically through website forms, correspondence and technical systems for the purposes listed above, on the applicable processing grounds under Article 5 and, where required, explicit consent. KVKK requests may be sent to info@weltnexx.com.
